🚐 Transportation Driver

Make every ride count

Help our clients get where they need to go – safely, comfortably, and with a smile! This position involves approximately 6 hours per day, with the potential for more hours as we add new clients to your route. If you love driving and connecting with people, this could be the perfect fit.

🏡 PRN/On-Call

Support our Akron locations as needed

We're looking for reliable, caring individuals to provide on-call shift coverage at our Akron Homes. When team members need time away, you'll step in to ensure our clients continue receiving the exceptional care they deserve. Immediate availability is key for this role.

💙 Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Empower others to live their best lives

Do you love promoting independence, accompanying others on life adventures – trips, concerts, ball games, and more – and making a lasting, positive impact every single day? If so, this role is made for you! As a DSP, you'll be a mentor, cheerleader, and trusted companion to those you support.

🌟 Adult Day Program Assistant

Create meaningful experiences in a vibrant community setting

Are you energized by helping others learn, grow, and enjoy life? In this role, you'll support clients through fun outings, community involvement, crafts, activities, and skill-building – while building confidence and lasting connections.

Must be 21 years or older and hold a valid Ohio driver's license.

🏥 Home Health Aide (HHA)

Bring comfort and care directly to clients' homes

As a Home Health Aide, you'll play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life at home. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, preparing nutritious meals, light housekeeping, supporting clients with mobility or cognitive challenges, and following infection control and safety protocols.

We're looking for someone who is: compassionate, patient, organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator with families and healthcare teams.
